About Elizabeth

Seeker, Student, Servant

Since I was a child, I have always held an innate desire for understanding the Divine Truth and Source, for learning and for helping people.  These are the cardinal traits of the archetypes of the seeker, the student and the servant.  I was drawn to the practice of yoga as a young woman, because it's a path that encompasses the essence of each of these.  My interest in yoga natually evolved from student to teacher, as I love to share what I've learned with other people.

I began my first teacher training in 2009 and continued on with my 500 hour teacher training in yoga therapy.  I concurrently studied the energy healing methods of Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy, in addition to Ayurvedic practices.  I enjoy integrating energy healing modalities with theraputic yoga, aromatherapy, elements of Ayurveda, hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation for a full mind, body, spirit transformation.

I help bring people deeper into transformation by giving them the tools they need to live into their potential of greater health, ease and wholeness.

My approach to teaching yoga aligns with the Krishnamacharya lineage and the Viniyoga tradition which adapts the practice to the person, rather than vice versa.  It's my goal to make yoga accessible and enjoyable to everyone of every fitness level and age.

I work with people that are craving better self-care tools, health, ease and wholeness; people that want to learn and are committed to awake living.  I offer tools for people that are already in their senior years, that can ease their journey and inspire them to reach their full potential for health and well-being.  If you are seeking a deeper transformation, take a look at my offerings.  I am excited to serve you!

Shanti!
